Brady and Monica are a husband and wife team and the proud owners of Monica Charles Designs, LLC. While Brady works on the business full-time while wrangling three rescue dogs, Monica has a day job as a paralegal.

Brady’s background is in the IT field but thankfully has forgotten almost all of it! He tired of making software products that he couldn’t hold in his hand and is now focusing on perfecting his woodworking techniques in his studio.

Having been in business since 2014, we want to bring all of our lessons learned to you – our followers. A lot of the nuggets we share on this site are things that we wish we would have known years ago.
