Recently, we introduced a new line of products for men. In order to properly display this cool new line of products, I made a display for her and her products. We violated our own advice and didn’t practice setting up the display prior to the first where we would set this up.

Our setup that afternoon was more frantic than it should have been. Monica was trying to figure out the best setup for this new line. I was right behind her trying to fix what I thought needed to be fixed. There was no communication between us and even though we both ”fixed” it, the display ended up looking cluttered and disorganized.

We could have done much better.
