Rain, Rain, Oh Crap!
Monica and I were debuting our booth at an artisan market in downtown Houston one Saturday evening. We were invited as a guest of a market manager that we work with. It was a beautiful, but hot afternoon in a gorgeous location.
It’s All About Location
We were recently at a church show. We had an outside booth in a decent location. However, the church also had inside booths. Overall, there were more than 100 vendors at this show. We did not do well at this market and the reason was because of location.
How NOT to Introduce Yourself at a Market
Monica and I are often among the first of the vendors to arrive at our regular markets. We have a regular market on Sunday morning and want to get their early so we can more easily unload our truck and get setup without a great deal of stress.
